The Faces of Death tour is an annual showcase of some of the best that the heaviest music has to offer, shaking each city to their core as the four act lineup powered through the country. Leading the charge were deathcore icons Signs of the Swarm, joined by Australian straight-edge group To the Grave, Danish deathcore outife CABAL, and rounded out by metalcore quintet Varials.

The Manchester date of this stacked tour descended onto Club Academy on Saturday, with the space barely able to contain the intense energy that every band brought to the stage. We were fortunate enough to be invited down to capture this unmissable action, so here's Nic's coverage!
